Most conference venues make you drive to dinner. At Calderaine, the daytime stage and the evening tables share one building. Teams stay, teams eat, teams play — all on one invoice.
We moved our annual summit here on a tip. AV worked, the steak dinner ran like clockwork, and half the delegates stayed over. Signed for two more years.

A technical space in the morning becomes a warm room for the evening — the Calderaine conference hall shifts with the clock.
The projector alone is worth the booking
4K laser projector, 8 metre screen, wireless mic system, confidence monitors and a dedicated AV tech on-site for the first two hours. Bring your laptop; we'll handle the rest.
Breakout rooms
Three 20-seat rooms with their own screens and flip charts — fold into the main room for evening receptions.

The Main Hall
220 theatre / 150 banquet
A 300 m² room with raked theatre seating for 220 or banquet rounds for 150. The 8 m × 3 m fixed stage faces an 8 metre projection screen, with aisle lighting and two entrance foyers.

Most corporate clients walk the hall before confirming. The Ember Room chef builds a menu to your budget; the AV tech runs a tech check the morning of.
