The desk reads it
Your message is routed to the right department — rooms, events, dining or the general manager. No algorithm decides; a person does.
We call or email back
Within two hours during the day, six overnight. The reply includes availability, rates and the next step — usually a brief phone call to confirm.
You arrive, in person
Once dates are held, the rest happens at the front desk. Check in, collect your key, take your seat. Face-to-face, as always.
Two hours or less, or we buy your first drink
If a new daytime enquiry is not answered within two hours, tell the front desk when you arrive and your first drink at The Ember Room is on the house. We put this in writing because we answer every message ourselves.
